Battle-Axe Sound Destroyer is a semi-modular distortion unit with the ability to reroute it’s internal workings freely by the use of an intelligent touch-display. This means that a user can change the order of the internal algorithms quickly and intuitively, leaving focus on the sound itself rather than the science behind it.

Each of the effect algorithms sport break out and break in audio sockets too, which opens up to a whole array of effect chains which can be build and reordered quickly without the need to rewire each time. Now we can reorder our effects without taking down the wiring and rebuilding…this is how it should be done.

The 5 effects include tube style distortion algorithms, noise addition, gapper, bit reduction and more. With the inclusion of external effects routing, Battle-Axe brings more fun to destroying sounds. Perfect for EDM styles of music for harder hitting leads and stacked basslines, to more exotic atmospheric sound design for those who want an abstract palette.
