Andrew showed you right-hand rest and free strokes to play scales and arpeggios, and his unique 4-position approach for the left-hand. Along the way, you learned to play several etudes and we wrapped up the course with Milan\u2019s \u201cPavan 1\u201d, a well-known concert piece.<\/p>\n

In this second volume of Beginner Method for Classical Guitar, you\u2019ll be moving from early beginner to early intermediate with the repertoire, creative skills, and techniques that you\u2019ll need to get there.<\/p>\n

\u201d I\u2019ll show you how to position your fingers to take advantage of the natural reflexes in order to alternate your fingers with ease as we play scales and apply this technique to Paganini\u2019s Moto Perpetuo. We\u2019ll work on the simultaneous usage of the thumb and right-hand fingers to create the three-voice texture needed to play Carulli\u2019s Waltz in E Minor.
And lastly, we\u2019ll study proper left-hand barre chord efficiency and power points as we work toward playing Fernando Sor\u2019s beautifully haunting Study in B Minor.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n

Andrew will explain and demonstrate all of the key concepts and approaches along the way. You\u2019ll get standard notation and tabs for all of the performance studies.
