The next step is learning how to craft variations of the licks using note displacement or altering the rhythmic feel.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>The final step \u2014 connecting your vocabulary of licks to craft full-length solos, over any style of music \u2014 is the primary focus of Corey Congilio\u2019s Jam Craft edition of Solo Factory.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the first section of the course, I\u2019ll show you 30 all-purpose licks \u2013 10 blues licks, 10 rock licks, and 10 country licks \u2014 any of these 30 licks can be varied, and even combined, to fit over any style. All of the licks stem from either the minor or major pentatonic scales \u2014 plus, I\u2019ll show you how to mix minor and major to get that great sound used by all the top players. In the second section, you\u2019ll connect your new vocabulary of licks, vary them with the approaches you learned in the first section, and then we\u2019ll craft full-length solos over a Shuffle In G, a Straight Eighth Feel In A, an Uptempo Rock In D, a Rock Ballad In E, and a Hard Rock groove In A.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Corey will explain and demonstrate all of the key concepts and approaches along the way. You\u2019ll get standard notation and tabs for all of the performance studies. Plus, you\u2019ll be able to use TrueFire\u2019s learning tools to sync the tab and notation to the video lesson. You can also loop or slow down the videos so that you can work with the lessons at your own pace.
