Ben Wareham recorded all of the original sounds in his own home, holed up with every horn and wind instrument imaginable. The Splice Originals production team worked with him remotely throughout the entire process and polished the pack up in post.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Wareham and the Originals team set out to achieve the arrangement sound of the legendary Memphis soul record label, Stax \u2013 home to Otis Redding, Booker T. &amp; the MGs, and Isaac Hayes \u2013 to name a few. Wareham layered a baritone, alto, and tenor sax in addition to his trumpet to get this vibe.
