So when we decided to make a<br \/>diverse drum library that could serve nearly any need, he was our first<br \/>call.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>The result of Tom Brechtlein\u2019s sessions Brutal rock grooves, sludgy blues,<br \/>Louisiana-worthy funk, and tasty jazz and fusion licks that will quickly<br \/>make this library your secret weapon. His beats and grooves include several<br \/>of his signature techniques.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Recorded with Studio Oner, the sample library shows off the beautiful<br \/>acoustics of PreSonus\u2019r own River City Studio, which was designed from the<br \/>ground up by renowned architect and acoustician John Storyk of<br \/>Walters-Storyk Design Group. River City Studio has hosted such artists as<br \/>Terrance Higgins, Reba McEntire Band, Ethan Hawke, The Blind Boys of<br \/>Alabama, Nothing More, Mutemath, Charlie Hunter, and Louisiana\u2019s own<br \/>LeRoux, to name a few.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>The library features more than 320 24-bit, 96 kHz loops in both stereo and<br \/>multitrack formats, plus one-shot samples of the drum kit and a multi-layer<br \/>Impact instrument. The loops include several beats, grooves, and fills from<br \/>several genres at many tempos and are available in the same formats as the<br \/>samples. Genres include rock, fusion, jazz, blues, funk, and our new double<br \/>drum-kit loops that can be mixed and matched for endless combinations.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Unique to this drum library, intros and fill patterns flow naturally into<br \/>the groove, so that cymbal sustain carries over a loop start point to<br \/>create a more nuanced, natural aesthetic. Other loop packs don\u2019t do this,<br \/>resulting in unnaturally abrupt cymbal and tom cutoff.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Outros that don\u2019t start on the downbeat are often tied into their groove as<br \/>well, making it easier to place them in the timeline.
