\nDrum Studio\u2019s classic kits come from a history of craftsmanship born in the deep south and Quebec. We captured these cutting-edge samples with modern recording tools. Now, these meticulously recorded drum sounds are yours to explore. Presets like \u201cRock It,\u201d \u201cBackbeat,\u201d \u201cWooden Hoops,\u201d \u201cNashville,\u201d and others provide starting points in a variety of styles useful for different applications.<\/p>\n

Drum Studio also has four separate tab views built into its structure. The \u201cInfo\u201d tab shows users our basic drum icons. These images audition the currently selected drum. The \u201cMix\u201d tab allows a range of control for microphone perspectives. The \u201cCompressor\u201d tab lets you take advantage of Concerto\u2019s onboard compressor or a third-party compressor of your choice. Looking to add spaciousness to your drum mix The \u201cReverb\u201d tab enables four different reverb sends to selected instruments with individualized parameters.<\/p>\n

Drum Studio uses high-resolution extended samples. We capture up to 300 samples to create fractional velocities, and multiple samples fall within a single value. To take advantage of the High-Resolution Extended samples, Drum Studio utilizes a \u2019round robin\u2019 randomization feature or RRS Sample Randomization. Play the same velocity and the RRS will randomize the samples that have been assigned to that single value.<\/p>\n

\nWe\u2019ve heard your feedback, and Drum Studio \u2013 Acoustic One is now easier to use than ever. Each drum lane is newly equipped with a helpful drum image for quick and easy identification in your instrument workflow. These images also serve as audition buttons so you can craft the perfect tonality of an instrument outside of playback.<\/p>\n

Our new Control-click option changes all instrument panel displays simultaneously. Get granular and change from our info, mix, comp, and reverb skins for individual sub instruments, or change all parameter views at once by simply holding down Control as you click. Create your ideal kit with individually selectable sub-instruments.<\/p>\n

By clicking the instrument name, blend drum elements from all ten of our genre-oriented kit templates to create a blended sound that\u2019s uniquely your own. Finally, we\u2019ve implemented a MIDI-blinker in the sub instrument title box-an informative and aesthetic upgrade. Lower velocities show up as a faded color, while aggressive velocities will shine brighter.<\/p>\n
