This instrument is typically used in student orchestras and has a natural range from A4 – A6, but we’ve extended its playable range to from A-1 to G8 to allow extreme high and low notes. We recorded the alto glockenspiel with 3 different articulations: hard mallet, soft mallet and choked. We’ve also rolled in our classic little children’s toy glockenspiel library as a bonus. Each articulation has several dynamic layers and plenty of round-robin variation to create a very dynamic and naturally playable virtual instrument.

The Alto Glockenspiel was captured from a close, dry stereo position and a far, wide position out in a large cathedral, so you’ve got two very different flavors to work with. These distinct instrument articulation and microphone sets can be independently loaded and controlled, providing you with lots of tonal and atmospheric flavors to layer and shape. You can use our intuitive UI controls to customize the sound to your needs, with layer-specific controls for swell, attack, release, tightness, tuning, vibrato, articulation selection, an optional sub-synth waveform underlay module for tonal reinforcement. Plug them all into our step-sequencing arpeggiator and auto-roll system and you’ve got tons of options.

We also provide you with a full rack of Kontakt’s onboard multi-effects and a wide selection of our most popular convolution reverb impulses to spatialize the sound in a variety of real and sound-designed spaces. We also include a full set of our popular sound-designed textural ambiences and custom FX presets, each created by modifying the source sounds with various effects and sonic manipulation techniques. These bonus presets provide awesome accompaniment to the acoustic instruments in this library and as great resources for cinematic underscoring and sound design.

The custom scripted Kontakt user interface built into this library comes equipped with flexible control features, like attack, release, transient offset (tighten), dynamic swelling, vibrato, and a robust Arpeggiator system that provides a full range of custom dynamic modes and step sequencer pattern creation options. There’s also a complete DSP effects rack, including convolution reverb with dozens of unique spaces, such as cathedrals, churches, halls, bunkers, garages, tunnels, chambers, rooms and plenty of otherworldly FX impulses to fully explore and endless variety of strange and unexpected sonic manipulations.

This 2.45 GB library includes 1,772 samples and 10 nki presets with a custom user interface for the full version of Kontakt 5.5 and later (OSX 10.8 or later / Windows 7 or later required).

– 25-Key Alto Glockenspiel with 3 articulations
– Independent Close and Far microphone positions
– Sweeping glisses
– Toy Glockenspiel
– 4 Custom FX Presets
– 63 unique ambient pads, leads and atmospheres

Home Page – http://soundiron.com/products/alto-glockenspiel

[34,20
["post-93660","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-kontakt","category-yqyy
["GET
