Here we have more old naval gear that\u2019s been carefully modified for a specific purpose\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Six oscillators\/synths constructed from sampled irreglar sine, triangle, square and sawtooth waves from 40s and 50s valve\/tube oscillators which can can be mixed, modulated and mangled with a multimode filter, envelopes and a multi-wave LFO. There\u2019s also a vintage noise generator in there as a seventh oscillator.<\/p>\n<p>However, the thing\u2019s alive \u2013 click on the central cog and that rusty old thing will trundle into action, do a complete revolution and generate a new sound at random for you that harks back to early pioneering electronica enhanced by a comprehensive multi-FX chain\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Whatever genre of music you work in, there\u2019s a place for Cognosphere for adding texture and substance.
